Al-Arqam adopted the California Common Core standards for subjects English, Math, Science, and History. The Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) is also implemented for science.

All Advanced Placement (AP) courses adhere to the College Board Standards.

All International Bachelorette (IB) courses adhere to the IB standards and requirements.
