Al-Arqam Islamic and College Preparatory is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and authorized by the International Baccalaureate (IB)
International Baccalaureate World School Authorization
Al-Arqam Islamic School & College Preparatory has been authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School since 2009. Al-Arqam utilizes the Diploma Programme (DP) under IB which takes place in grades 11-12. The DP program provides a rigorous curriculum for the students that helps develop them into prepares them well for their futures and develops them into inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young adults who want to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
Western Association of Schools and Colleges
The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) is one of six regional accrediting associations in the United States. The Association assists schools located in California, Hawaii, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Fiji, and East Asia
Al-Arqam Islamic School and College Preparatory is accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) since 2025.
