Apply to AIS/ACP

Thank you for your interest in joining Al-Arqam Islamic School and College Preparatory. A complete application for admissions consists of the following items: (1) Application for Admission, (2) Academic Record (Transcripts/Report Cards and Standardized Exam Scores), (3) Birth Certificate and Immunization Record, (4) Al-Arqam Admission Exam, and (5) Recommendation Letters (grades 6-12). Please see the Admission Checklist Form for specific document requirements for each grade level. 
1. Application for Admission
For our application, please complete an Application for Admission. Once an application is submitted, the office will contact you regarding testing dates and next steps. 
2. Academic Records (Transcripts/Report Cards and Standardized Exam Scores)
Please provide your student(s)' most current transcripts/reports cards and standardized exam scores and one year prior. Academic records must be submitted at the time of the admission exam. 
3. Birth Certificate and Immunization Record 
A copy of the birth certificate and immunization records must be submitted at the time of the admissions exam. Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten admission is dependent on documentation of a birth certificate and completed immunization record. 
4. Al-Arqam Admission Exam
All applicants for admission into grades 1st-12th are required to complete an admission exam in subjects of mathematics and language arts. Admission exams are communicated to applicants after the application is submitted. For applicants applying for the 2020-2021 academic year, admission exams will be conducted on March 4th, 2020 (9:00 AM- 12:00 PM). A makeup examination date will be offered on March 25th, 2020 (12:45 PM-3:00 PM). If you need testing accommodations, please contact Hala Addassi at 
5. Letters of Recommendation 
Two letters of recommendation is required for students applying for admission in grades 6-12.
